Fall Men’s Study
A new men's study will be starting on September 11th, 2024 from 6:30pm-8:15pm called "Essentials of Faith" and will meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm except for 10/23. You can preview this study on RightNow Media. Sign up on the bulletin board if you would like to participate. Contact John Schmutte for more information.

Grief Share
If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. Grief Share is a ministry of HEFC that will be starting on September 14 from 10am to noon and will run through December 7. You do not have to attend every meeting and can start at any time. There is no cost to attend this program. For more information about this new ministry, contact Susan Haynes or you can register below to be a part of Grief Share.Community Thanksgiving Service

This past week, areas in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee were greatly impacted by Hurricane Helene. Some areas in North Carolina and Tennessee have experienced flooding not seen in over 100 years. The scale of destruction left behind by Hurricane Helene is only expanding with each passing day as new details become available.
More than 160 people are now confirmed dead from the Category 4 storm, which is being etched in history as the fourth deadliest storm to hit the United States in this century. Hundreds are still missing.
